About Tricia
I have been following a healer’s path since 1999. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (OR # 16010), Herbalist, Energy Worker, Spiritual Healer, and Embodiment Guide. I have spent much of my professional life specializing in Maya Abdominal Massage.
I am passionate about supporting clients- in all bodies- to reclaim their pleasure; using deep listening, massage, bodywork, energy healing, and embodied movement/dance.
I specialize in a gentle and profound blend of therapies, with heavy emphasis on intuitively unwinding the traumas held in our bodies. I love helping people then find a path back to their innate joy and verve in safe, healthy, energy-building ways.
I have gained knowledge in the U.S. and abroad through schooling, apprenticeships, classes, retreats, conferences, and from the plants and spirits themselves. I have had the good fortune to study with many teachers including Cascade Anderson Geller, Micaela Carew, Dave Mohler, Rosita Arvigo, Leslie Stager, Tressa Yonekawa Bundren, Karla Lancaster, Barbara Carrellas, and scores of other bright souls along my path. I have studied Craniosacral Therapy, Plant Spirit Medicine, Qi Gong, Polarity Therapy, Swedish Massage, Shiatsu, Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy Massage, Spiritual Healing, Closing of the Bones.... I am committed to being a lifelong learner. I began studying Craniosacral Therapy in 2000, graduated from the Oregon School of Massage in 2008, and have been taking S Factor dance classes since 2019. I hope to never stop moving and growing.
My home is on 5 acres in rural Oregon City, Oregon, USA.
I am currently available to bring my bodywork and movement classes to you, and can work with clients remotely through Zoom.
“To be sensual, I think, is to respect and rejoice in the force of life, of life itself, and to be present in all that one does, from the effort of loving to the breaking of bread.”
