About Tricia

Tricia has been following a healer’s path since 1999. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist (OR#16010), Herbalist, Energy Worker, Spiritual Healer, Sensuality Doula, Embodiment Guide, and “everyday tantrika.” She has spent much of her professional life specializing in Maya Abdominal Massage. 

Tricia is passionate about supporting clients in reclaiming their Pleasure; using deep listening, bodywork, energy healing, and embodied sensual movement/dance. 

Tricia specializes in a gentle and profound blend of therapies, with heavy emphasis on intuitively unwinding the traumas held in the body, and helping clients RECLAIM their pleasure. She loves helping clients re-discover and celebrate their innate sensuality in safe, healthy, energy-building, pleasure-building ways. 

Tricia has gained knowledge in the U.S. and abroad through school, apprenticeships, classes, retreats, conferences, and from the plants and spirits themselves. She has had the good fortune to study with many teachers including Cascade Anderson Geller, Micaela Carew, Dave Mohler, Rosita Arvigo, Leslie Stager, Tressa Yonekawa Bundren, Karla Lancaster, Barbara Carrellas, and many other bright souls along her path. Tricia has studied Craniosacral Therapy, Plant Spirit Medicine, Qi Gong, Polarity Therapy, Swedish Massage, Shiatsu, Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy Massage, Spiritual Healing, Closing of the Bones.... She graduated from the Oregon School of Massage in 2008. Tricia has been taking S Factor dance classes since 2019. She hopes to never stop learning, growing, and moving.

Tricia’s home is on 5 acres in rural Oregon City, Oregon, USA. 

She practices bodywork and teaches movement classes at Thrive Yoga and Wellness Center in Oregon City, Oregon, and can work with clients remotely through Zoom.
